15 FIFA-Watching Places Football Fans Can Go To

For most of us, June 14th marks the eve of a very important day to Muslims. After 29 days of fasting, it is time for them to celebrate their success abstaining from sunrise to sunset, not eating, drinking or anything that could result in them breaking their fast. However, this year, there is another reason to celebrate and it has four letters; F.I.F.A.

The FIFA fever comes every four years. During this event, 32 teams from 11 countries will fight to win this most prestigious cup. Although Malaysia is not among the competing teams selected, that doesn’t mean that Malaysians will not be watching the game.

Since the first few matches fall on the eve of Raya, those who are celebrating will definitely not be able to see these matches live but for those who aren’t, this is the time for you to call up your kaki bola gang and head on over to the best spot in Kuala Lumpur to watch the games.

Now, you must be thinking, “where is this ‘best spot’?”

Well, there are 15 spots actually and they are all in Klang Valley! The following list caters to both groups of football fans who prefer comfort food over alcohol and those who take the defeat of their favourite teams better with a pint of beer.

So, let’s see the 15 kaki bola spots to be at on the 14th.

Malaysians never stop eating. That is a fact. No matter what you are doing, you need a plate of  food and good ol’ teh tarik to keep you going. Football fans in Malaysia love to go out and watch the game at any local eatery they can find. Guess it helps with the anxiety!
