Turmeric (Kunyit)

Pretty much the entire turmeric plant – from its roots, to leaves and flowers can be consumed. Turmeric is a spice used in mustard to make it yellow. It is also commonly used in Nasi Ulam and Nasi Kunyit.


Semua jenis bahagian kunyit seperti akar, daun dan bunganya boleh di makan. Kunyit ialah bahan rempah yang digunakan di dalam serbuk biji sawi untuk dijadikan ia berwarna kuning. Selain itu, kunyit juga menambah warna di dalam Nasi Ulam dan Nasi Kunyit.
