Resepi Kek Marmar Nescafe Kegilaan Peminat Kopi

“Kek marmar ini ialah kek minum petang wajib yang dihidang terus dari ketuhar semasa kami menanti Baba balik dari kerja (Mak bekerja di sebuah firma dari Australia 5 hari seminggu dan hanya boleh memasak pada waktu pagi, diiringi lagu dendangan Nat King Cole atau Broery Marantika:)”

~  Sehari Di Dapur Ibu: Resepi & Nostalgia

Kini, anda boleh dengar apa-apa lagu yang anda suka, terutamanya lagu yang membuatkan anda menari-nari di sekeliling dapur anda. Tapi, tiada lagu yang menimbulkan rasa nostalgia di dalam hati melainkan lagu dendangan Nat King Cole atau Broery Marantika sambil menikmati Kek Marmar Nescafe panas-panas dari ketuhar. Saya cadangkan anda cuba resepi ini untuk dinikmati seisi keluarga pada hari Sabtu tengah hari.


Bahan-Bahan

  • 1 sudu besar serbuk Nescafe
  • 7 oz dan 1 sudu besar gula kastor
  • 1 sudu besar air panas
  • 7 oz tepung naik sendiri
  • ¼ sudu teh serbuk penaik
  • 7 oz mentega
  • 4 biji telur
  • ¾ sudu teh esen
  • 2 sudu teh air

 

Cara-Cara

  1. Gris dan tepungkan sedikir pan bulat 7 inci.
  2. Larutkan serbuk Nescafe dalam air panas.
  3. Biarkan sejuk. Tapis tepung dan serbuk penaik.
  4. Masukkan butter dalam mangkuk pemutar
  5. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit, putar sehingga menjadi lembut dan gebu.
  6. Masukkan telur satu demi satu, pukul sehingga sebati selepas setiap telur dimasukkan.
  7. Kaup dan balikkan tepung.
  8. Bahagikan bater dalam dua mangkuk. Masukkan Nescafe di dalam satu mangkuk bater.
  9. Masukkan bater secara berselang-seli ke dalam pan bakar.
  10. Tapis baki gula di atas kek.
