Anda tak pernah dengar tentang Maprom? Maprom* adalah hidangan yang kelihatan agak sama seperti masakan Timur Tengah, “Sabsuka”. Maprom lazimnya dihidangkan pada hari Ahad untuk sarapan.

Bahan-Bahan

  • 1.5 lb daging lembu atau daging kambing dicincang
  • Minyak sapi
  • 1 kati (kira-kira 0.5 kg) hirisan bawang besar
  • 1 kati (kira-kira 0.5 kg) tomato
  • Saderi dan daun bawang
  • 10 biji telur

 

Cara-Cara

  1. Tumis hirisan bawang besar dengan minyak sapi.
  2. Goreng daging lembu atau daging kambing dicincang
  3. Masukkan tomato yang dipotong.
  4. Masukkan saderi, daun bawang.
  5. Masukkan daging cincang di dalam bekas membakar.
  6. Pecahkan 10 biji telur.
  7. Buat lubang-lubang kecil pada daging dan masukkan telur kuning di ruangan tersebut dan biarkan telur puith meresap masuk.
  8. Bakar dalam ketuhar sederhana panas sehingga telur kuning menjadi sedikit pejal.
    *Dihidang bersama roti Perancis
