Fish Curry Spice
A basic fish curry recipe could range from 6- 20 types of spices. The curry spices generally are made up of coriander seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and a host of other spices depending on the type of curry or the region from India. In Malaysia, the more popular fish curry spices would be ready packaged under the Alagappa’s, Adabi or Babba brand name.

 

Rempah Kari Ikan
Penggunaan rempah yang banyak sehingga mencecah 6 sehingga 20 jenis rempah pada kebiasaanya digunakan dalam masakan kari ikan. Rempah kari diperbuat daripada biji benih ketumbar, biji sawi, halba, biji karom, biji jintan putih, jintan manis, daun kari dan rempah lain yang berasal daripada India. Di Malaysia, terdapat beberapa jenama yang popular dalam menyediakan rempah ikan kari seperti Algappa’s, Adabi dan Babba.
