Sweet Potato
Sweet potatoes come in three vibrant colours,yellow,purple and orange-purple sweet potatoes have a purplish skin,while the orange and yellow sweet potatoes look alike on the outside. To tell these apart just gently pick the skin off the top of the tuber. Purple sweet potatoes cook the fastest,while yellow ones are the most stubborn and take the longest to cook.
Ubi Keledek
Ubi keledek terdapat dalam tiga warna iaitu kuning,ungu dan jingga. Pada kebiasaannya, ubi keledek yang berwarna kuning dan jingga tidak mudah untuk dibezakan berbanding keledek yang berwarna unggu. Bagi membezakan setiap keledek, ia boleh dilihat pada kulit di atas akar cabangnya. Ubi keledek berwarna unggu lebih cepat masak manakala ubi keledek yang berwarna kuning paling liat dan mengambil masa yang paling lama untuk dimasak.
