Squid (Sotong)

Squid
Calamari is a culinary name for squid, especially for dishes from the Mediterranean, notably fried squid (fried calamari). There are many ways to prepare and cook squid, with every country and region having its own recipes. For example there are fried squid, and squid that is served as bar snacks, street food or starter.

Sotong boleh di masak dengan pelbagai jenis cara dan ia berbeza bagi setiap negara. Contohnya, terdapat sotong goreng dan sotong yang di jadikan makanan ringan.
