Fragrant Screwpine or also known as pandan leaves are used in Southeast Asian cooking to add a distinct aroma to rice and curry dishes such as nasi lemakkaya(jam) preserves, and desserts such as pandan cake.

Daun pandan pada kebiasaanya di gunakan sebagai bahan masakan di asia tenggara. Ia digunakan untuk menambah aroma dalam masakan contohnya nasi lemak, kaya dan juga pencuci mulut seperti kek pandan.
